Title: Horseradish Sauce (Ukrainian Traditional)

Yield: 1 Servings

4 cups Finely grated horseradish 3 cups Sugar 2 cups Sweet, rich cream 3 cups Milk 1 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Flour 1-1/4 cup Vinegar 4 Eggs, well-beaten

Mix above ingredients well. Cook until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal. Will last a long time un-refrigerated if left sealed. Goes great with roast beef as well.
